The Shop
Description: 11 Track EP Entirely Performed & Produced by LSP
'The Shop' was a trip to make. Basically, I had a
degree to finish (my BA in media production); and in order to
qualify for the degree you had to produce a full product, mine was
'The Shop'. Now don't get the wrong idea and think this was some
bullshit homework assignment, hip-hop is my life and I take it
extremely seriously, especially when my name is attached to it.
Since I'm def. a 90's cat, most of the instrumentals turned out just
that. Some of you might be able to recognize 1 or 2 verses from my
previous tracks amongst those on the album, I felt they fit even
better than they did originally. Most cats featured on the album are
either my boys or people who I have worked with in the past. The
Female vocalist featured on a lot of the tracks is the
professionally trained artist, performer and songwriter; Natasha W.
Dahdaleh. I think 'The Shop' would have never filled out to be what
it is without her soothing vocals, she also took all the pictures on
this site.
